Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel your order. In order to better serve your request, we recommend that you contact us by phone or WhatsApp for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.
If you want to change the size of your product, please contact our team by phone or WhatsApp within 7 working days of receipt. Do not use or wash the product. Our team will guide you through the process of sending your product to our factory, at your own expense. After receiving your product back at our factory, we will contact you to inform you of the exchange options and later the tracking code for the reshipment, this time at our expense. If you want to exchange the product itself, contact our team to evaluate the possibilities. In this case, all shipping and re-shipping costs must be borne by you.
Once your order has been completed, it almost immediately goes into processing and then shipping. In order for your order to reach you as quickly as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. You can change your delivery address after placing an order by contacting customer service below. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed, as items ship as quickly as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address.
